Project Management of complete renovation of 795 guest rooms, meeting rooms, restaurants, public spaces and mechanical systems in a 43-story downtown New York City hotel. This “Broadway/Times Square” hotel was a NYC union project. Worked closely with architect, interior designers, engineering and general construction firms.
