As project director, strategically master planned (including visioning, positioning, market and economic analyses) a 166 hectare mountain site in northern China. Our team designed the phasing and flow of a complex spiritual and wellness resort including 3 Tibetan villages, an RDE center, 4 international branded hotels and 300 residential units of varying sizes and market orientation.
