Management and marketing consulting to ownership to maximize revenues and profits and project manager of the renovation program of this 300 room major destination resort in the Catskill Mountains of New York State. Improved top line revenues, bottom line retention as well as the development of a multi-phased guest room renovation program. Additional work included the planning and development of a free-standing corporate conference center.
