As project director, strategically master planned (including market and economic analysis) a 124 hectare pristine rural seaside site in southern Palawan. Oversaw the development of the unique resort vision, positioning master plan and brand selection and residential programming for this multi-faceted resort. Included economics and programming for this rainforest, health-oriented sustainable resort (4 hotels, RDE & residences)
