Project Details
As project director and hotel specialist, strategically master planned (including market and economic analyses) a 1,300 hectare seaside resort in southern Hainan Island. Our team designed the phasing and flow of a complex resort with 4 beach coves and distinctly different market orientation, including a high energy downtown urban core. The project includes 12 hotels, with three international brands already built or under construction.
