Project Details
Renovation of this 550-room Florida landmark resort and spa for Morgan Stanley, including BOH infrastructure, guest rooms and public spaces. Concept designs of the arrival club house were undertaken. Included the master plan of ultra luxury separate suites (150) and spa as well as club house entrance. Project included ADA compliance and a complete reworking of resort mechanical systems.
Project was sold to the Trump organization before completion.
