Visioning, positioning, economics and programming to convert Boston’s largest waterfront industrial area to a true urban destination in Boston’ Seaport District. The vision was a 20 year plan identifying regions for residential, office, hotel, retail and dining/entertainment. The District is one of Boston’s most successful new neighborhoods.
