Project Management of luxury waterfront hotel. Complete renovation of 229 guest rooms and suites – 29 different room types, ballroom and 4-star restaurant. This is Boston’s most prestigious waterfront hotel owned by Blackstone/Morgan Stanley. Project included coordination of architecture, interior design, budgets and construction of guest rooms, suites, F&B outlets and public spaces. Note: Boston Harbor Hotel achieved a coveted AAA 5-star status after renovation.
