Project Management of the renovation of this 259-room iconic hotel for Morgan Stanley, including guest rooms, F&B outlets (famous Jockey Club & Fairfax Bar) & public spaces. Also included concept & development management/restoration of the historic Jockey Club & Fairfax Bar, two of Washington, DC’s political/fashion restaurant icons in the 1960’s. Collaborated with two international designers, fast tracking design & renovatiion.
